Proposal
My suggestion in good weather application is on the background image section for more dynamic where the image can changed according to the city being viewed, because at the moment the background image is just one for every accessible location

Benefits
The benefits of background image can be canged is User Friedly interfaces, user will also know about the icon of the city being viewed, and can make users not bored to use it because the background image is not monotonous.
