added a two-step verification and popup feature to the IRCCloud app

RCCloud is an application for Chatting on IRC from anywhere, offered by IRCCloud Ltd, this is one open source application that is still active until now, after I use this app I did not find the two-step verifcation and popup feature, in IRCCloud app

Proposal

as a user of IRCCloud app i want to propose to the app developer, so add feature:

• two-step verification, so that application users can deeper security using IRCCloud applications.

• a popup feature to make it easy for users to see incoming notifications on IRRCloud applications

Benefits

feature advantages that I propose to the application developers are:

• two-step veryfication feature is the application user can do verification in two steps for IRCCloud application security will be better, because IRCcloud is messaging application is very suitable and will make user more comfortable in using IRCCloud application.

• popup feature is, the user can directly see the notification on android screen without having to open IRCCloud application, this feature will make easier for user in using IRCCloud application.
