CPU Stats is an app that displays a statistics breakdown in the status bar on android, this app is offered by panecraft, inc. this is one open source application that is still active until now, after using CPU Stats application I did not find feature floating window (overlay mode).
Proposal
as a CPU Stats application user I would like to propose to the developer to add a floating window feature (overlay mode), to provide information without having to look at the status bar.

Benefits
feature advantage I propose is the user can see the information directly use the details of the android without looking at the status bar. and this will make it easier for users to use CPU Stats applications, with this feature will be more and more that use the application CPU Stat.
