Simple contact is an application used to view the entire list of mobile phone numbers stored in our smarphone. all the contact list we will meet in simple contact like innate application, but of course there are advantages and disadvantages. In simple contact we can see the entire number of hanphone that we save, either stored on sim card or stored on gmail.
Before designing this logo, I got to know an electronic site and looked for an open source based application and github check first.
Next check the github repository manually, whether the application has been done no more than one year. To fulfill the utopian rule.

Benefits / Improvements
The new icon design will make it more popular and understood / recognizable by app users, so I recommend this icon by using its shape from the person who is calling.
Tools
To design the icon, I use the autocad and coreldraw X5 apps. Why do I use an autocad app, maybe it's a little different from other designers. In my opinion, autocad application is easy to use to find logo pattern icon shape.
For skin icon process, I use coreldraw application which is more familiar among graphic design.
