Utopian.io - adding the possibility of setting custom beneficiaries

Proposal

My proposal is that the author of a new contribution can add additional beneficiaries besides the 15% beneficiary to @utopian.pay. This can be any percentage to any user, but with the mindset of rewarding the ones who helped you in any way regarding your contribution.

Benefits

This would enable contributors to give the ones who helped them with their contribution some small reward. A few use cases would be the following:

• You have a big update with several bug fixes, that got reported to you directly without an utopian post? Give the bug reporters 3% of your rewards.
• You added a new feature to your app that need a sentence translated and you got a few members of the community to translate that sentence for you? Give each of them 2% of your rewards.
• You had to have two clients in order to test out a bug and a friend has offered his help? Give him 5% of your rewards.
• You got a small suggestion for your project as a comment under the latest update post of your project? Give the suggestor 4% of your rewards.

This would also give the possibility to split up the rewards better, if you are working in a team.

Custom beneficiaries would make the developers etc. able to reward the really small things as well, like the reporting of a typo or a cosmetical issue, while not spamming bug reports or suggestions.
