Suggestion on adding floating button feature to frostwire music application

Components

Frostwire is application that play both video and audio files and is also an open source project.

Proposal

While using frostwire player today to watch movie I notice that there is no floating button feature on it.

I suggest that this feature should be added to ease users the stress of having to quick video to do other thing in the phone.

After clicking on the feature it will display like the next screenshot below

Benefits

This will benefit users alot interms of watching movie and the want to maybe reply to messages on watsap or do other things, it will help them. By just clicking the button to float the video while doing something else in the phone..

With this feature it will make this application more advance and professional.
