New Logo & App Icon "Rocket.Chat"

What is Rocket.Chat?

Rocket.Chat which has been developed in open source is a social network application. You can find the application on Github.

I made some drawings to combine “speech balloon” and “rocket” icons. I decided in the drawing below between these drawings. I photographed this drawing and digitized it in Adobe Illustrator.

I decided to use blue and orange tones in the design.

          Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

          HARD rules broken:

          • "A contribution must contain .... benefits of your work to the project owner." - your design is more complicated and doesnt work in small size as well as their current design. The rocket smybol is not symetrical.

          Suggestions:

          • Try to pick projects that need a new logo.
