One size does not fit all for contributions

I think utopian.io needs to support small contributions an lower payout. I would gladly accept a low payout for a small post.

My suggestions as follows :

1. Allow for posts to be uploaded at lower payout percentage, for example %10 so that you ask for only 10% of the normal payout but can post a smaller post.
2. Allow for expansion of existing posts with a chaining of payouts, for example if someone expands on a given post then they would share credit. So until we get a smarter way to handle contributions and payouts with smart contracts we are going to have to live with unapproved posts.
