Adding App freezer to MLManager

Write here the components/parts/sections of the software your suggestion is about.

I would love the feature you can freeze apps, freeze app work so app won't use any CPU or memory resources and consume zero-battery.

Using AppMgr III on my phone as an example

It will freeze apps so they won't use any CPU or memory resources.
