REGENERATE THUMBNAIL CONFIGURATION to resize all thumbnail image, Follow the steps below :

1. For the first step, Go to TOOLS OPTION and click on REGENERATE THUMBNAIL. Follow the picture below :
   
2. Then click "REGENERATE THUMBNAILS FOR ALL ATTACHMENTS
