Here's what the app looks like without these features
Here's how it would look when the features gets added,the features could be added to a 3 dotted line on top of the video on dtube viever like this
So where you click on the circled dots it brings out something like this (image below)

When you click on the play back speed it could display something like this(image below), for you to choose what kind of speed you want, a faster one or a slower one.
And when you click on the video quality feature it could bring out something like this(image below), for you to choose the quality of video you want.
Benefits
Video Quality this feature allows users of the app to be able to watch videos in high definition videos and in clearer view too. Some video uploaded might be in low definitions but with this feature users can be able watch the same videos in HD or good quality.
playback Speed this feature allows users to be able to slow down the video being watch or fast forward them, in cases in which there's an tutoring going on in the video youre watching, You might Want to slow the video a little bit to get all the details.
