Add contact to speed dial on linphone mobile application

Linphone is an open source mobile application which allows its users to chat and make free calls.

Proposal

Being a mobile application that allows its users to make free calls, am suggesting that the developers should add an additional feature that will enable users assign numbers as speed dial to their contacts. When number is pressed for some seconds, a pop up should appear asking him to assign a contact to the number then he will choose a contact he wants to assign to the number. When a contact is assigned to a number, all he need s to do is to press and hold that number in other to call the contact.

Benefits

It will enable the users to quickly put a call through to a friend or family member without having to go to the phone as long as he has assigned a number to that contact.
