Add Patients' Basic Details and also Add Undo & Redo

Medic Log is a great app for keeping a track record of users Vitals or key medical information (blood pressure, temperature and weight ). while using this app, i discovered that there are some features that if added will make this app a better one. like the patients/users basic information like name, sex, and age. and also, i noticed that tapping the X button clears the data recorded, and given that such can be done mistakenly some times, and when it's done, the undo and redo button will be handy to fix the error. this great app can be downloaded from F-Droid on this address https://f-droid.org/en/packages/org.paladyn.mediclog/ .base on these i propose the bellow.

Proposal

I want to propose that this great feature – 'patient’s Basic Information and ‘undo and redo' be added to this great app. This feature will make the ensure that the recipient of the medical log will know whose medical log detail he or she received, and if saved, those details will be very useful for reference sake. Just imagine many of such data is received without the patient’s basic info, it will be very hard to figure out who has which. And if such report is to be printed, there will be a miss up if the basic data of the patients are not recorded in their medical log. So This feature will ensure that the user never mix up one’s medical log with another’s, thus avoiding administering wrong medication were such report will be bases for medication
Given that the X button can be used to clear an entered data, it will also be good to introduce the Undo and the redo button. This will come very handy when user mistakenly clears a data. When this is done, the undo button can be used to recall the cleared data. while the redo will bring you back to previous should you mistakenly press undo.

Benefits

The Patients basic information will help avoid the error of mixing up patience medical log and will also be very useful for future reference. It will help avoid the mistake of wrong administration of medication, just because 2 patients’ report couldn’t be distinguished because the report does not have their basic data.
He undo button will help to recall a data that is mistakenly cleared.
