Hello Hello!
I hope this post finds you all well, it is August and I hope all/most of you are resting or about to take sometime off!
This article is to inform you that the Greek Version of the Programming & Artificial Intelligence Game WarriorJS is ready!
A few additional strings were added and a few altered, but I went through all of them again (with the valuable help and patience by our Language Manager @ruth-girl!) and we made it to 100%
Please find below the information of the project.

WarriorJS
WarriorJS is a fun game that anyone (programmer or not) can use to learn and to develop their knowledge about java.
The programmer (player) can actually create their own game levels (towers), and educate their players by creating specific abilities and behaviors!
There is some special terminology concerning java, but most of the text was easily translated. There were commands & code that should remain the same, so it was important to pay extra attention to which parts should remain in their original language.

As per the new guidelines, proof of work screen shots are not necessary but I would like to take this opportunity and inform you of two important things:
Accuracy & Correctness
During the proof reading process we encountered an issue with a string that appeared to me in a different way than to @ruth-girl.
The html tags were not visible to both of us. At the place I was seeing on my screen <0> while ruth-girl was seeing the whole html tag.
It was causing problems in the translation and we seeked for help in the Crowdin channel.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to reply to us! After their replies, our investigation and the guidance from the Project Owner to always check the Spanish Translation for any questions we had, we found the solution. After some searching, we realized that there is a setting that was at 'Auto' and when I chose Show then I saw the string just the way Ruth-Girl was seeing it!
So I would like to give my fellow translators a few pieces of advise
- Always make sure to read even the small letters ("Only translate what is between < and >") In this case,If the rest of the string was translated, the commands would not work!
- If you are unsure of something, take the time to check with the project owner!
- When there is html tag, make sure to check if the setting is in 'auto-show or hide'
- If you encounter difficult words that you might use again, create a team glossary
- If you are unsure about something, ask your national team! They have helped me so much - and the goal is always common.
"We wish to offer the best result in Greek language and to make open source projects more accessible even to people who may not be so fluent in the English language."
It always comes down to people
I believe that the outcome depends on cooperation that depends on people.
We are lucky to have @ruth-girl as our Language Manager, who has a great knowledge of the Greek language, grammar, spelling and is so accurate with attention to detail.
I am looking forward to work with our new Language Manager @dimitrisp (who has very often helped in the Team always with accuracy and with great mood!)
Thank You for this opportunity
I am happy to be a part of the Greek Team - Ευχαριστώ - Thank You!

The Translation Projects would not be accomplished without the valuable help & support of the Greek Translation Team and of course @utopian-io & @davinci.witness
I am excited to bring Open Source projects steps closer to Greece!
