You kept changing the translation of the word "attest" to both "Confirmar" e "atestar", try to stick with only one word so the contribution is more consistent;
You forgot to translate a few words.

Thanks I will pay attention on changes of translation for the same word, some words I let it on English on purpose I will add a comment if I do that again for better explanation.
