Suggestion: Utopian draft delete button needs clearer layout and ask for confirmation before deleting

Problem 1

On the drafts page for Utopian.io where the user has already logged in and it keeps the draft articles that the users have written but not submitted yet, there is a "Delete this draft" button.

It is very easy to click on a button by mistake. For example, in the screenshot above, if you want to delete the draft for "Beginner Video Tutorial #5", you may accidentally click the button above it and end up deleting the "Connecting to SteemSQL database" draft.

Problem 2

Another problem is when the "Delete this draft" is clicked, there is no Confirmation message dialog box to double check your decision. It simply deletes the draft straight away and there is no way to get it back, which is very frightening if you have done a lot of work on it. Usually clicking a delete button somewhere would be followed by a dialog box.

I accidentally clicked this button and it deleted one of my drafts, which made me feel quite upset, and I had to re-type an article all over again which took a lot of time just because of one accidental click.

Suggestion 1

I suggest to put the button to the right of each article, so there is no confusion about which article it is deleting, as seen in the screenshot below.

Suggestion 2

I suggest for a pop up confirmation message before actually deleting this draft, when the button is clicked.

In my opinion I think these features are very much needed. I hope they become implemented soon. Thank you.

Hey there Mr Monk. This kind of stuff certainly is over my head. I know more about getting lost in jungles and stuff! lol

I just wanted to stop by and let you know I just crossed over 750 followers and did a post highlighting my experience and thanking all those who've made my success possible. That includes a nice paragraph about you. Hope you find time to have a look. Thank you so much. -Dan
