Add a feature to pin message and mute option in zulip.

Zulip is an opensource and android application which is community built group chat platform, optimized around helping organizations communicate efficiently.

Proposal
Whenever you are using any messenger there should be obviously lot of chats. I am proposing that there should be a feature available to pin your chats with your best friends to the top of all chats and also mute option by which you can mute your chats.

The options for pin message and mute are retroactive along the options which are already available. I will be giving an example on how these options should look in the next section.

In the image below I have provided an example of how this should be retroactive. I have placed it next to the five options already available so that it is easy accessible.

Benefits
The benefits of having these two features are:
You will not have scroll down to see your important chats you can send them messages very quickly with out searching them in a long chat. You can always pin your important chats and you never Begrime with your important chats.
Whenever you tired receiving messages from any person that time you had no option without mute the chat and feel yourself more comfortable. You feel cool without disturbance and annoyance. These two options are also very important and I'd like to see these two options in zulip too.
