Your contribution cannot be approved because of these following reasons:

Submission must contain benefits to the Project owner
Project Owner has decided that your designs does not fit with the project

Overall, some shapes and texts are not understandable due to the low contrast colors you used. Project owner emphasized that the designs should understandable and it should has good visibility.
Any text or fonts must be converted into shapes or “outlined” :
