GK Steemit Info Wordpress Plugin 0.6.0: Documentation Updates

Intro

We had released our Gk Steemit Info wordpress plugin v 0.6.0 code update a week ago, so time for another documentation update. This recent update included a new widget/shortcode functionality displaying posts voted by a specific use, but also adding follower/following count, and a minor bug fix.

Quick Recap

The reason behind GK Steemit Info plugin is to provide a multitude of steemit related info display on wordpress sites, via widgets and/or shortcodes, but also to allow instantaneous steemit users creation via delegation, and hopefully more backend functionalities soon.
This is accomplished via connecting to the steemjs API, pulling/sending the required info. Steem price info are pulled from coinmarketcap API. The growth potential for this plugin is limitless and there are tons of ideas for future work. The plugin aims to serve as great promotional tool for steemit, to hopefully lead to large adoption, of wordpress users and/or website visitors, to join and use steemit.

Documentation Updates

As highlighted in the into, version 0.6.0 featured adding the following updates to the plugin:

• a new set of information that can be displayed on wordpress sites, in the form of new widget/shortcode capability to show any user's upvotes(likes) to posts, and the percentage of those upvotes.
• additional information to the user's current widget/shortcode allowing the display of user's follower and following's count.
• a fix to an issue that prevented some user accounts from displaying under the steemit user info widget.
