While I liked some of your explanations, but few key points:
- What is the purpose of re-inventing the wheel? You are re-writing basic javascript and jQuery functionality using your own code.
- Even if we accept this approach, you did not take it to the next level and implement the full functionality in your tutorial, including the id, class, tag,.. selectors
