Daily, a lot of people are signing up in steemit for the first time, part of these new users do not even know how start and it may be frustrating -Happened to me-.

This post will work as a guide for new steemit users, that will allow them to know what to do and what not to do during their first steps in the platform.

1. Do your introducing post.

Writing a good introducing post will make the community know who you are, what you do for living and what you will be posting about. This will get an entire public interested in you and your posts.

Remember using the tags introduceyourself, introducemyself or introduce.

2. We like attractive things.

The image is part of a good attraction of people. Humans feel attracted for pretty things, that is why you need to worry about having things in order, well written and with nice pictures.

3. Make friends.

Remember that steemit is a social network, it means that is a structure formed by users. Creating some friendships inside the platform will help you to create a community around you.

There are a lot of people groups in chat channels like Discord and even Utopian, make some new friends by using these tools.

Avoid spamming, nobody likes to be suffocated by your posts.

4. Comment posts and respond the comments you recieve.

Comment posts of other users and respond the comments they make, no one likes to feel ignored. Commenting is part of creating a community.

Make completed comments about the posts you read.

Be kind and funny.

5. Do not abuse.

Don't be a blur in the platform, don't be rude and crancky, the idea is having a sane community.

The tags should be well used, a bad use could be penalized by the cleaners of the community.

Do not get desperated. Avoid commenting everywhere your posts, the public will get to you with time.

6. Do not copy and paste

Plagiarism is the biggest mistake that users of steemit do, create your own content and quote the references where you got the information.

7. Without constancy there aren't earnigs.

Those who do things right will be fine. Time, constancy and dedication will provide wealth soon or late.

State clear objectives and reachable goals to create personal growth in steemit.

Steemit is a place where you can learn great things, from photography to cryptocurrencies. Is a great place to hang out and know new things.

Follow these personal advices that i'm giving you and get a great start in steemit.

Diariamente muchas personas se registran por primera vez en Steemit, parte de estos nuevos usuarios no saben ni cómo empezar y puede llegar a ser frustrante -esto lo digo como experiencia propia-.

1. Haz tu presentación.

Escribir una buena introducción le hará saber a la comunidad quién eres, a qué te dedicas, qué deseas publicar y qué temas prefieres publicar. Esto permitirá tener un público interesado en ti y en tus publicaciones.

Recuerda usar las etiquetas introduceyourself, introducemyself o introduce.

2. Nos gustan las cosas atractivas.

La imagen forma parte de una buena atracción de usuarios. Los humanos nos sentimos atraídos a las cosas lindas, es por eso que debes preocúpate por tener publicaciones ordenadas, bien escritas y con imágenes lindas.

3. Haz amigos.

Recuerda que Steemit es una red social, eso quiere decir que es una estructura formadas por usuarios. Crear amistades dentro de la plataforma te ayudará a crear una comunidad alrededor de ti.

Existen muchos grupos de personas que se concentran en salas de chat como las de Discord e incluso la de Utopian, haz nuevos amigos mediante estos medios.

Evita el Spam, a nadie le gusta que lo llenes de tus publicaciones.

4. Comenta publicaciones y responde los comentarios que recibas.

Comenta las publicaciones de otros usuarios y responde los comentarios que hagas, a nadie le gusta ser ignorado. Comentar forma parte de crear comunidad en Steemit.

Realiza comentarios completos referentes a las publicaciones que lees.

Se amable, cordial y divertido.

5. No abuses.

Evitar ser una mancha en la plataforma, no seas un grosero malhumorado, la idea es crear una comunidad sana.

Los tags o etiquetas deben ser bien usadas, un mal uso puede ser penalizado por los limpiadores de la comunidad.

No te desesperes, no caigas en el spam. Evitar comentar por todos lados tus publicaciones, el publico llegará a ti en cuestión de tiempo.

6. ¡No copies y pegues!

Hacer plagio es el error más grande que cometen los usuarios en Steemit, investiga, crea tus propios análisis y cita referencias de dónde obtuviste esa información.

7. Sin constancia no hay ganancia.

El que hace las cosas bien, le va bien. El tiempo, la constancia y la dedicación darán frutos tarde o temprano.

Plantea objetivos claros y metas alcanzables para crear un crecimiento personal dentro de Steemit.

Steemit es un lugar dónde se puede aprender grandes cosas, desde fotografía hasta de criptomonedas. Es un excelente lugar para pasar y el rato y conocer cosas nuevas.
