            I have another issue with this contribution: The contest rule clearly states it must be a square format and this one is not. Also, it doesn't use the Utopian colors which is another rule. These conditions must be fulfilled to participate.

              This logo could be really good if you change the colors and form according to the rules. Also, I would delete the U in "UP" and make the stem of the mushroom the U. That would get rid of the form problem by making it square.
