The whitepaper is not missing a thing. It explains clearly what Gridcoin is all about and how others can get involved. And there's an incentive! How cool!
As for the translation: you stay consistent in all your translations. You know exactly where to translate a word, and where to let it be because it would otherwise change the meaning, or simply because there is not a fitting word in Dutch.
