[Translation to Spanish] Microsoft Touch Develop . (23 to 33%)

Hello, Steemians.

the translation was made with my own knowledge. The only tool used to clear doubts was the English-Spanish dictionary of larousse.

Today I finished translating 10% of Microsoft Touch Develop. Total strings added: 322 (10%). 2231 words. Waiting for approval.
