What is Consul?
CONSUL is a Citizen Participation and Open Government Application, originally developed for the Madrid City government.
Consul is an open software platform so any institution can use and modify it as they see fit, for free.
There will be local elections in my country in the near future, so I was interested with this project and I wanted to translate it. It's an amazing project for me. Who knows? Maybe in a short time my country will also use this application in the local municipalities.

- Translation Overview
This is my third contribution to the Consul project. There were many strings that could not be translated.(links codes etc.)
Actually I found one issue in source string and I already created issue in Crowdin page.
You can find details from the screenshot.
However, I translated this string correctly to my own language.
- Languages
Source Language: English
Target Language: Turkish
- Word Count
Translated words: 1483
Total words (duplicate strings and static text excluded): 1394
Target language words: 1232
You can find my all contribution to the Consul Project details below;
1624 + 1298 + 1394 = 4316
Part1 + Part2 + Part3 = 4316 words translated.
