Bug pen&PDF : can not print any posts

Expected behavior

Can print our writing using any application

Actual behavior

An unknown error occurred

How to reproduce

  • Download pen&PDF app in playstorHere
  • install and open the app
  • then see the instructions in the video I created
  • Device used: Xiaomi redmi 3 RAM 2.00 GB
  • Operating System: Android version 5.1.1 LMY47V
  • Application version: 1.3.6

    • thanks for your reporting . but don`t you think that open a pdf file with the video player should be normal to occur the error ? as the error code showed in the pop up window, that means something wrong operation happened , you could check the error code in the instructions of the app
