Add a feature of audio and video call.

Components

Rocket.Chat is a free open source chat solution. We can use this app with our own chat server or with our demo deployment. With this app we can join groups where we can chat with the group mates, it has so many features which include sharing of media, emoticons, pin and starred messages and mentions etc. However there are few features which can be included i.e audio and video calling specific users from the group we have joined.

Proposal

The proposal that i am putting forward is the inclusion of the features which include highly important audio and video calling which can save our time and make this app a complete one as it already offers too many options but missing features of audio and video calls should be included.
Now i will show you how the chat box looks like and why they changes are needed.

As shown above there are many users available with whom we can chat, so we can add a feature of calling a specific user from the list, On selecting a user i will show you how it looks like.

From the chat box above I have selected a user from the box, the above window pops up and this is exac where the additional features can be added. The addition of audio,video calls can be done here and i will show you where we can add it in the next step.

Concentrating on how the features and where they can be added will be shown here, i have added the option of audio and video calling a user from the chat box to which you can refer to proposal box.

In this way we can add both audio video calling options here for the better communication.

Benefits

The benefits we can talk about will include the better communication facilities as audio and video calls are important and quick method of transferring data. The addition of this feature will give this app the boost in its rating which i think should be more taking in consideration the features it has been providing and with these two options it will just be a perfect combination, I hope it is considered soon.
