Antox is an open source peer to peer secure multimedia messenger, With the rise of government monitoring programs, Antox is an easy to use application that allows you to connect with friends and family without anyone else listening in.

Antox is completely open-source so you know what you're using is truly secure.

Proposal

The proposal that i am putting forward is the introduction of some new features in this app, some new features are starred messages to keep the favourites categorized, pinned messages which can be used to represent a chat box and finally mentions feature which can be used to refer to specific user using their usernames.
Now i will show you existing chat box and its options

Referring to above picture we can see available options with missing features like starred messages, pin messages and mentions. In next section I will show you how we can add it.

Now i will show you how it will look, for this i will put forward an example in the next picture i upload.

Looking at the above picture it can be easily figured out how new features can be added as slide features in the chat box of the application. The addition can be done like this.

Benefits

The benefits of these features can be explained below.

1. Starred Messages can be used to Categorize or saving of the messages we want to keep in the saved messages.
2. Pinned messages feature is used to pin the messages which can represent a chat or can be used to always be on the top of the profile.
3. Mentions is an important feature to reply to some specific users by hitting mention option by using the usernames of the users.
   All the features will be a great addition to the application and should be considered. Hope this suggestion is considered.
