Title, Add Multimedia Files and Category Features Request in Editor App

Components

Some features need to be added to this open source text editor application for android. Here are some of the features requested to be added.

1. Add title to the text
   
2. Feature to Add multimedia files
   
3. Category Feature
   

Proposal

There should be a feature to add Title to the text files so that it can be easily located by looking at its title.

A feature to add multimedia files like Images, audio files and video to text editor. There can be some situations when a user have to add images or other multimedia files to the text he is writing on the Editor app.

A feature to categorise the different text files should be added to Editor. It can help the users to arrange the related text files at a place and locate them whenever required.

The current editor on the app looks as below.

On adding title feature it may look similar to the following screenshot.

On adding a feature to add multimedia files it will look similar to the following screenshot and you can browse files by clicking on these options and selecting from directory.

On adding categories option you can add categories as per the illustration below.

Benefits

On adding the title feature it will help users add title for their work and locate them easily without having to open the whole document.

The text editor must not be confined to only adding texts rather there should be features to add multimedia files likes images, videos as well. It will be helpful to bloggers like me to produce a complete post and go online just to publish them on adding this feature.

Categories option can be helpful to users to categorise the related text files in a category and easily locate them.
