I have few suggestions and questions,

1. The presentation almost outshine the actual work, an example I can clearly read "color information" but not the color codes
   

2. Does this extra, invisible part necessary? Wouldn't it be better if you cut out that part and perfectionize the shape?
   

3. About proportion and sizing, how do you decide logomark's size compared to logotype? I usually go with logotype's x-height and set my heights and spacing according to it. And here are some examples I tried to resize the design.

Overall it's good that you provided all necessary sizes for a chrome extension. https://developer.chrome.com/apps/manifest/icons. However it could be better if it's better organised. What I mean by this, you could export different sized pngs and include only one svg file. And keep the alternative colors (black-gray) in another folder.

I've selected "between 2 and 3 designs were complex and took fair amount of time." but I'm not fully happy with it, I see that there are 3 designs but I can't tell those are too complex.

And since there was overlapping layers, it's technical quality is not "excellent"

When it comes to your presentation, I highly suggest you to try alternatives. It also become a good practice for your design skills.

I'm hearing complains about how we evaluate the value of the design to open source community or to specific project, I can tell that. This project is not much a complicated chrome extension. It has only 47 commits only from the project owner, has no collaborators or stars. So it's hard to tell it brings too much to the community, yet.
