KISS Launcher is an open source Android Launcher
Proposal
Once KISS Launcher is Launched the menu displays apps in list format and when lots of frequently used apps are on the menu it becomes cumbersome scrolling up or down to reach an app. I suggest that the apps menu bar should be in grid form to allow more apps seen at once in a glance.
