Sound Recorder is an android application used for recording. You can record your sound using Sound Recorder application.

Proposal

My suggestion includes implementation of two features :

Feature 1

Recording Quality.
Recording Quality is the feature in the Sound recorder application which allows user to choose the quality of the sound he/she has to record. He/She gets three options to select for the quality of the recording :

1 : High Quality

2 : Standard Quality

3 : Low Quality

Feature 2

Mute ringer when recording.
This feature will allow user to continue recording if someone calls them. usually when we are recording anything and we are intrupted by phone call, at that time we continue recording but the ringing tone also gets recorded. This feature will allow user to mute that ringing tone and allows them to continue their recording without any intruption.

Benefits

Adding Recording Quality will allow users to choose the quality of the sound they want to record.
Adding Mute ringer when recording will allow users to continue recording the sound without any intruption.
