Utopian and steemit still using local date and time

in utopian-io •  7 years ago  (edited)

Utopian and steemit both still using local system date not from application or database server

Local date using from client side like

var date = new Date();
This date is came from your local system date and time using in this site

Proofs:

but m suggestion is that you need to use server date and time

server date time came from your database or by your application server

If you're using server date and time then time and date displayed for a post is correctly in every condition beacause server or database time does not change datetime via user thus every post displaying right date and time...

Hope you people like my suggestion...

Good luck for all !
