Hello today I am going to show you how to cut any part of your video. I am using Adobe premiere pro cc 2017 to edit video. 
First Open Adobe premiere pro cc
Now click New project
Keep the setting as default and click ok
Now double click here to import media
Now select which file you want to cut and click ok
Now drag your video in time line to cutting process
Now select the razor tool
Now place the razor tool where you want to start to cut the video and click also place the tool where you end the cut and click again
Now select the selection tool
Now select the cutting part which you cut by razor tool and press delete in the keyboard
That part deleted already
Now select the remaining part and drag near first part
Look all done.. Now render the video and enjoy
