Phalcon Documentation Turkish Translation 1St Step (551 words Translated)

Hi Friends;
I wanted to contribute Phalcon Documentation project by translating project English to Turkish. I hope it will be benefit for Phalcon Documentation project developers. I translate 551 words in the 1st step. I am going to translate rest of this project step by step.
