WE did not cheating any one. The bottracker did not update its code to support a new feature of the postpromoter bot code, which we implemented and was merged by @yabapmatt. Our bot gives a minumum 1% of ROI (so, negative ROI free) and a maximum of 10% ROI. So, if at the end of the current round the ROI is above 10% the bot will set a weight vote to fix the ROI in 10%. What happens is that steembotttracker shows the ROI at 100% of vote weight and because of the 10% ROI limit the weight may be less than 100% and this decreases the weight for each post being voted in that round. For instance, in your case, the weight informed by steembottracker is +11% and the real weight, is in fact, +5.98%, giving an estimate 10% of ROI. So you will get (estimated) 10% of return after your post is 7 day old. This feature is informed in our steemit page header and also in the post (which the link is also in its header).

Also, I have already informed @yabapmatt that bug and I think he will fix it as soon as possible.
Any way I appologise my self for the confusion we may have done.
