Require all bug reports to mention the user agent of the browser

This is a feature request for Utopian.io.

This website has a lot of bug reports that aren't giving details on user agent and full version information of the browser. This report for example, doesn't even give any version information. This report also has no information regarding the user agent.

If the user agent is not mentioned, then it becomes harder for the developers to understand the bug and reproduce it. There are softwares that can change user agent of browsers that allow developers to test their code and see what it would look like in different devices without actually buying those devices.

If I am not wrong, all bug reports posted in this website get posted to github as well. And the bug reports are expected to help with the development of github projects. If a bug report isn't giving enough information, then it actually becomes a waste of time for the developer.

I hope the admins will take this suggestion into consideration.
