we are the human do many things to improve the sharpness of our brain and body like meditation ,exercise , gym , yoga etc but there are many other things which is quite easy and fast relieving for our body .yes! i am talking about mudras and acupressure which looks simple but more effective .
mudras and acupressure are the technique which was created by aryans to cure the disease in ancient era but this treatment is still relevant and fast effective for our society .
in todays, its a part of Indian lifestyle where its widely used in Ayurveda treatment . Tibetan Chinese also used this treatment method to heal your body.
lets we proceed and know about those 2 acupressure technique which can change your life forever if you practice in your daily life.
these acupressure and mudras will help you to boost your brain with divine energy and also makes your life more active and energetic.
- lets talk about no. 1 acupressure that is shown in picture .
this acupressure point is called "third eye point" which is exactly located in middle of both eyebrows .
in this picture , you can see the pink/purple colour dot in between both eyebrows ,is the point which you need to press and hold again and again minimum 3 minutes in your daily life .
this activity can be done early in the morning before sunrise .the advantage of doing this are many as it helps to uplift your body energy and boost your brain organs. you will see the result in just 2 weeks after daily practice.
2 . this acupressure point is right beside your both temple ,is called sun point.
if you massage or press slowly at this area then you feel positive and more freshness . it also helps to focus your brain and enhance your memory power.
this point can be pressed minimum 3 mins daily
now, lets talk about mudras which is nothing but just posing of your fingers in different way.
1 . Gyan mudras :
this mudras need to do 5 mins everyday before sunrise . it will help you to enhance your concentration level and also increase your mind sharpness.
just take note , if you do this mudras then try to seat in clean and peaceful environment and then close your eyes and imagine something makes you energise like you are having universe energy in your body.
and do this mudras for 5 mins.
