hi dear as you said sync my Utopian account with github account so i have done now please check my suggestion post again .
and secondly you said that Contribution on repositories that have not received any program code updates for longer than 6 months will be automatically rejected then check this contribution .i am sending you that person's post link .he has posted it 6 days before and got approved.Sir, can you tell me why this post is approved by Modifier again?

    • The linked contribution that you have send was submitted 6 days ago.New rules are updated around 3-4 days ago.Contributions that submitted before the rules changes is accepted,but the ones send after the new rules unfortunately can not be approved.
