Contribution:Translation of AnkiDroid from English to Telugu (An Indian language).Part-4

The project I've translated today is AnkiDroid, a flashcard app. This is the 4th part of this translation.

Source language: I've translated this app from English.
Translated language: I've translated this app to Telugu(an Indian language). The current status of translation is 80%. The only file remaining for translation is 10-preferences.xml.

Number of words: The number of words I've translated in this part are 1019(approximately). The remaining words to be translated are 817 words which I'll complete in my next part for sure.
