As a utopian moderator I often encounter a problem; authors request information and support for their post over discord. Besides, "how do I do it?", "What shall I do?" questions such as too much is coming. To avoid this, a fully integrated support desk system must be built on top of the website.
All languages that have been reviewed on the support board must be included and representatives must be appointed as operators.

Benefits
Authors can send their problems by ticket. Representatives are person-to-person and can help you professionally in a short time. There is a very disconnected communication through Discord, authors do not know who can get the right information. Thanks to the support desk, both the moderators are less tired and the problems of the authors are solved easily.
