Adding rejected feature and search feature in utopian

My contributions in utopian are some new features additions to make it easy for contributors to contribute.

Proposal

Here I would like to suggest to add new features. ie rejected features and feature search.

In utopian the contributors can only find approved contributions while searching on github

while unable to find contributions that have been rejected by the moderator.

Hereby I suggest the addition of rejected features, and search feature to find other users

Benefits

When pressing the dots in the upper right corner, there will be a rejected feature. There, the contributors can find all contributions that have been rejected by entering the github link in the search. With this, contributor can see some contributions that have been rejected, so as not to post similiar contributions.

Add search feature. In utopian we can only find other users when we open all contributions, there is no special feature that allows us to find friends by searching for them. With the search feature, users can find some other contributors by searching for it.
