Suggestions to improve KandruIM app

KandruIM

KandruIM is a jabber/XMPP client chatting application it is also the one of the most securely encrypted chatting application available. This app is based on Conversations app which is another Jabber/XMPP client. As for kandruIM it is safe it is secure and it is fast because it uses XMPP encryption it is a federated protocol which gives you the guarantee that no attacker will be able to intercept your chat.
The apps source code is available on github.

Chat Theme

A chat theme is a feature that allows you to set a background picture or apply a theme to your messenger. This is a really cool feature according to me which is think will be really good for Kandru IM messenger. You can Choose wall papers from gallery and use it or else use the once which are available in apps added by developers.

Mockups / Examples

From the example given above you can see there is a chat theme option in the chat options and when you click on Chat theme option you will get a page like shown in below screen shot.

As you can see in above screen shot after tapping on chat theme option you get a bunch of wallpapers to choose from which you can apply on your chat box and use it and to see how it looks like you can even see the preview of each wallpaper you choose before you apply it.

Benefits

As you all know that normally a chatting application comes with a plane background.
And we get bored of chatting in a plane background chat box for the chat to be fun and attractive a chat theme with wallpapers should be included in this app as in this app has a light and dark theme feature but it will be rally nice to see a feature which allows you to set a wallpaper background on your chat box.
Which you can change from time to time since this app is open source the developers can keep adding Wallpapers from time to time so that you will have plenty of options to choose from.
And it will be really nice to apply a wallpaper to chatting background.
as we all know that this feature really trendy and will be used a lot.
people love to change their chat wallpapers from time to time which could be really nice to have in this application.
Many people use this feature when they are normally chatting it makes the chat box really attractive and fun to chat with people with having a background wallpaper.
I would really like to see this feature in the future.

Hide Chat

A hide chat is a feature that allows user to hide the chats which wont show in the app Ui until unlocked with pin and keep your chat private. We all have few chats which we don't want people to see so for that not to happen we can use a chat hide feature which could be really useful to keep the users chat private with no one having access to it but only the user will.

Mockups/Examples

As you can see you can hide chat by clicking on Hide chat option in your chat options and the conversation will be hidden with a pin or fingerprint something like.

Just like in the Screenshot above if you want to unlock and view your chat you can do it by giving your pin or else Fingerprint.
With this feature your chats privacy is guaranteed.

Benefits

Having a chat hide feature would be really good for the people who want to keep some of their chats private.
Like your phone will be used by others as well like family members,friends,college mates etc.
So there are people who opens up your chatting app and read your chats.
which most of the people do not like people some stuff to be private.
So if we have a chat hide feature we can get that privacy of no body reading a particular chat which we want to keep it private.
People love privacy so if we have a chat hide feature to view the hidden chat we will need a pin or password as shown in above screenshot.
Since only the user will know the pin or his fingerprint to unlock the chat that way we can assure that the users chat is securely hidden and no one can view it even if they want to since a password will be asked when attempted to see a hidden chat.
So that way the user can be assured that the chat is truly private.
And people would love to see this feature on Kandru IM since its a really encrypted app a chat hide feature would be really great for the application.
I would really like to see this features in the future updates.
