'Microsoft Makecode' Turkish Translation #3

Project Details

Microsoft MakeCode is a framework for producing special-purpose programming experience for beginners , specifically focused on computer science training .

I want to translate this because who doesn't know English very well can't understand it easily in my country. So I wanted to help creators about translating this project to Turkish.
