QKSMS is an open source replacement to the stock messaging app on Android. The app is used for sending and receiving sms/mms.
Proposal
I recommend for QKSMS application in order to add voice recorder feature so that the users do not have to complicate typing with the existence of voice recorder of the users easily record the voice of the user to send to the comrades of users.
