Add a feature to send gifs and videos in linphone

Linphone is an open source android app which is used for communication purposes through messaging and audio/video calling.

Proposal

My suggestion is that there should be an option available for sending videos and gifs in chats
Currently there can be shared only these options shown in the image below.

I would like to have the video and gif options implemented here alongside these options.

I've offered them here to be user friendly and easily accessible as well.

Benefits

The benefits of having features to send videos and gifs are:
It makes communication more entertaining and user friendly.
You can share your beautiful moments with friends and family.
You can try and make one another laugh using some gifs.
Videos can be shared fir educational purposes as well.
These features will attract more people to linphone which will be great for the developers.
