This is an excellent tool by davidk which you can use by browsing https://davidkevork.me/steem.php
Without further delay let's start:
Step 1: Go to https://davidkevork.me/steem.php and you will appear here:

Step 2: Type in your username in the box where you can see davidk

Step 3: After typing your username, click find

Step 4: You will see a logo appearing below the find option

Step 5: You will get the details about who has flagged your posts and also the posts which have been flagged.
You also get to know at what percentage, you were downvoted
