Loading the profile page as a user with no steem metadata gave error.
What was the solution?

The profile page now falls back to placeholder data for users with empty steem metadata.

Hi, the rules are currently still rules and not guidelines, so unfortunately that means that this contribution contains too little work (and non-trivial code) to be accepted. It's great that it was merged, but until we switch to guidelines and implement the new bot it would be better to combine a few commits like these into one contribution so it's enough work to be rewarded. I hope you understand where I'm coming from.
