Utopian Bag Hunting : steemdb.com voting power bag

Hey guys i i was using steemdb to explorer steemit blockchain data and while i was around i found that the steemdb account voting power % for @utopian-io account https://steemdb.com/@utopian-io is not synchronized with the actual voting power !!?while other accounts are correct !!!?

Compared to other accounts for this i used my account @thegoldenphoenix as an example

The expected behavior : steemdb should show the same voting power for utopian account like the other platforms .

Steps to reproduce
Open your @utpian-io account in steemdb.com or just click here and check the voting power slider in the right of the page.

Browser: this was tested using #Opera #Chrome #Torch and #Mozila

and Windows 10 OS
