Changes
Name changed from Steem Messenger to Steem Chat-Wallet due to the core functionalities being a light-wallet for the Steem Blockchain with a Chat-Interface, rather than being a Messenger. (in addition to preventing confusion with another project)
The encryption of private-keys saved locally has been improved to harden it against brute-forcing (due to feedback from @hernandev). Code see below:
Added desktop-notifications and minimum-value that should be notified - can be enabled in settings. (thanks to @demotruk for feedback)
Added minimum-value setting to show the messages (everything below will be hidden). This value can be shared publicly via your JSON Metadata, but is not shown currently in Chat-Wallet. In my case:

can i ask you, does this thing make it easy to now encrypt messages and decrypt them with memo keys? does it have a built in PGP encrypter decrypter? I always wondered what the use of memo keys wa sif steemit inc didnt supply its own encrypter decrypter tool because if we have to go iytside steem to third partioes for that we open a huge security risk and i get steemit inc doenst want theat tool on front end because if it gets broken peopel wil blame them and say they promised them security or private messaging but we could do so much fi our own facebook messenger style chat app ESPECIALLy if t allowed us to turn our conversations into posts if BNOTH parties push a button and AGREE or CONSENT to the post being published with beneficiary rewards automatically going to the user they are talking to, we could monetize our conversations when or if we want to make thenm public if they have great info in them etc... i have all sorts of chats i 3wish i could just click one buttpon to monetize with automatic distrobuting of beneficiary rewards... i wish steemspeak.com had this feature and @lanmower and I always talk about it so does @alxgraham

Wow man, now we are waiting for these kind of stuff because before it was difficult every time but now this cool update and it's chat plus wallet. First of all i want to appreciate your work because you have come up with awesome stuff. And good to see that now we are getting exciting updates and developments from all corners, market is not giving any boost but the developers are working hard and making something which really making the stuff easy.
And this application is reflecting as more professional because before we were using that default one where we had multiple stuff going on but this update is dedicated on so that's really amazing thing. So keep up this upgrading work.

I saw your blog, in my opinion chose your niche, means whatever good things you like in real life, try to convert that into an blog, it's not about the work it's about the owning the work, and post at least one post which giving some value into your post, means some efforts should be there because if any one watch your blog they should find some value. And after posting at least one blog in which you put your efforts then comments lot and comments in the sense of organic comments, don't spam, and try to read the author's post and relate it and write an comment in depth because in my opinion on this platform efforts will not going to waste, and through organic comments the chance will be there where authors will come to your blog to watch your post, so everybody had tough journey here but if you believe then you can make it.
